Bio

Originally from Montana, Bill moved to Eugene to attend Law School at University of Oregon. Spending summers logging the forests of the Coast Range to put himself through school gave him an appreciation for the natural beauty of our area, and a deep understanding of the struggles of the hard-working people who live here.

Bill graduated from the Montana State University in 1986 with a degree in Film Production, and from the U of O in 1991 with his Law Degree. With offices in Eugene, Roseburg, Albany and Coos Bay, he has resolved thousands of bankruptcy cases.

A member of the Oregon State Bar for over 25 years, Bill is a long-time member of the Debtor-Creditor section and currently serves on the Executive Committee.

When Bill is not practicing law, you can find him spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, and gardening. Bill and his partner Debbie have 5 children between them, a growing group of grandchildren, and an energetic hiking partner; Binne the Goldendoodle.
